State Recognition
STAR Event Awards: National Program In Action, Community Service - Megan Karns and Sarah Leon received gold, along with placing 1st in the state! Chapter Service Project Portfolio - Tamera Colson and Olivia Rayburn received silver and placed 3rd in the state! FACTS Initiative - Skilahr Robinette received silver! Megan Karns, Sarah Leon, Tamera Colson, and Olivia Rayburn will be competing at the National level. Chapter Awards: Our chapter also placed 2nd for the number of members participating in community service. Sarah Leon placed 1st in the Service-Learning Award with a total of 540 personal community service hours. Our chapter also received awards for Unite In Red, Lead4Change, FACTS Initiative National Program and the Community Service National Program. |

Due to COVID-19, Region 3 was not able to compete or get the opportunity to qualify for Nationals this year.
Through a non-traditional route (that nobody could have prepared for) Marrisa Brenning qualified for Nationals through a test using a standard deviation scoring process set up by the National FCCLA.

State and National Program Awards - Recognition for starting a large, on-going community service project to serve the high school community! Community Service - Recognition for using the Service Learning Portal to demonstrate the many hours contributed to our community! Outstanding Chapter - Haylee Leasure, Arizona Hamm, and Carsyn Lawrence were recognized for receiving Gold at regionals. |
National Recognition
Go For The Red! - We increased membership by 15 members this year! We now have 27 paid members which qualified us for Gold at the national level! FCCLA Chapter Website - Arizona Hamm and Haylee Leasure were invited to Anaheim, CA in June to complete in level II after doing well on the level I part of this event! |
